Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Clarity Code("Clarity," "the Service") sold by Bad Decisions LLC("we," "us").
1. Our policy
All purchases of subscriptions and credit packs are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Why no refunds?
Clarity is a digital service. Access to the framework, AI-assisted chat, credits, and related features begins immediately after purchase. Because value is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, unused credits, or partial subscription periods.
3. Billing errors and exceptional cases
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or payment without account access), contact us within 30 days at help@baddecisions.pro. We will review Stripe payment records and may issue a correction or discretionary credit grant — not a guarantee of refund.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time through billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not retroactively refund prior charges. See the Terms for retention access and daily limits after cancellation.
