Building clarity for founders & builders

The Clarity Code

The Clarity Code is a guided approach to business formation. It is intended for first time founders to help you go from a messy idea to an organized business launch. Stop staying stuck. Start building. Avoid the real bad decisions.

Get Started

You have the drive.
You lack the map.

Most founders don't fail because their idea is bad. They fail because they get paralyzed by the gap between 'idea' and 'execution'.

Overwhelmed

Too many ideas, no clear way to evaluate which one is actually worth your time and money.

Analysis Paralysis

Endless research, zero action. You're stuck in the planning phase while others launch.

No Roadmap

You're a first-time builder. You know what you want to build, but the steps feel like a black box.

The 6-Phase Framework

A structured, step-by-step system designed to force clarity and demand action.

Phase 01

Dump

Get everything out of your head. Define your core "why" and filter through the noise to find the most viable thread.

Phase 02

Organize

Take the raw output from your brain dump and create order. Categorize your thoughts, identify core patterns, and structure your ideas into a logical progression.

Phase 03

Proof

Validate your assumptions with hard evidence. Test your concept, gather feedback, and confirm the market demand before investing heavily.

Phase 04

Plan

Shape your business's identity and go-to-market strategy. Create a step-by-step roadmap that dictates exactly how and when you will execute.

Phase 05

Foundation

Establish your core business structure. Map out revenue streams, cost structures, and operational necessities to build a solid base.

Phase 06

Storming

You're in the sprint. Bring one tactical problem at a time — a blocker, a copy call, a channel test — and Clarity brainstorms options with your full plan in context. Not a relaunch. Not a new idea. Just the storm.

Clarity

Your AI assistant in the chat. Not a hype machine.

Clarity is built into every phase — feedback when you're hand-waving, structure when you're scattered, and the occasional uncomfortable question when you need it. You do the work. Clarity keeps you honest.

Stop staying stuck.

Get the mess out of your head and find out if the idea can survive contact with reality. All six phases. One workspace. Fewer bad decisions that end up with your head in a toilet.

Get Started

Built by someone who never stopped making bad decisions.

And somehow, it worked out.

I didn't learn this in a classroom. I learned it the hard way — 20 years of building, failing, and rebuilding businesses that kept my employees and myself fed through recession and the COVID lockdown.

The Army taught me execution under pressure. Volunteer work and a business degree taught me structure, and motivation. But the real education came from the businesses themselves — the wins, the spectacular failures, and everything in between.

The Clarity Code is the framework I wish existed when I started. It's not academic theory. It's battle-tested. I built it to save you time, money, and the frustration of building something the world doesn't want. The frameworks I baked into The Clarity Code are my own and Clarity is your guide and accountability partner through them.

LET'S MAKE SOME BAD DECISIONS TOGETHER!

20+

Years building

100%

Battle tested

Same workspace on both plans. Different fuel tanks. Here's what that means in human terms — no sales deck voice.

What you're actually buying

No jargon tour. Just what Clarity does, what the phases feel like, and how credits behave in the wild.

Clarity + the 6-phase ride

Clarity is the AI assistant inside the product — direct, a little sarcastic, and allergic to fluff. You don't skip phases because you're bored. You earn the next one with proof.

  • Dump → Organize → Proof → Plan → Foundation → Storming. One idea at a time, in order.
  • Clarity pushes back when you're trying to take shortcuts, assists you in converting data into building experience and intuition, and keeps your journey from becoming another pretty doc that never ships.

The two subscriptions (plain English)

Both plans unlock the same workspace — all six phases, exports, research assists, the whole messy journey. The difference is how much gas is in the tank each month and how high the daily speed limit is.

  • The Lean Journey ($49/mo) — one focused idea, 250 credits/month in the tank, 250/day speed limit. For a single bet you're actually going to work.
  • The Full Storm ($79/mo) — multiple ideas or heavy weeks, 750 credits/month in the tank, 400/day speed limit. For when your brain refuses to prioritize.

Daily cap — speed limit, not the gas tank

It's not throttling for sport. Without a speed limit, one all-night session could burn through your whole tank — and we still have to keep the servers operational for other founders. We can't all live in Montana. (Speed limit jokes.)

  • Credits measure how much you chat with Clarity. Your monthly refill is the gas in the tank — that's how far you can go this billing cycle.
  • The daily cap is the speed limit: the most you can burn in a 24-hour stretch, even when you still have gas.
  • Chat is billed at about 1 credit per 500 tokens (fair rounding across messages). Speak (voice input) and Read aloud each add 1 credit when used.

Credits vs. one complete idea

Ballpark honesty: One idea through all six phases — real proof, not speed-running — often lands around 150–400 credits total. Messy ideas, refinements, and research rabbit holes cost more. Tight founders cost less.

  • Phase 1 (Dump) alone often runs about 15–25 credits with normal conversation; each Speak or Read aloud adds about 1 credit.
  • Lean Journey (250/month) — one disciplined pass through all six phases, with room to spare if you stay focused.
  • Full Storm (750/month) — multiple ideas, replays, Plan refine loops, or the founder who treats "I'll fix it in chat" as a lifestyle.

Pick your level of chaos

Stripe checkout takes about a minute — less time than another loop in your head.

The Lean Journey

One idea. Six phases. No heroic multitasking required.

You're pressure-testing a single bet — not running three startups in your head at once.

$49/mo

  • 250 credits every month
  • Up to 250 credits daily cap — enough for one serious idea
